Ok it's your lucky day; here's a fun psycological trick. Get a carrot and put it in your pocket (optional). Ask someone what 2 + 2 is, then 4 + 4, 8 + 8, 16 + 16, and 32 + 32. It's not an exact science, you just have to get them doing some relatively easy math problems in their head. Then once you're satisfied, ask them what the first vegetable they think of is. When they say carrot, pull out the carrot that you had in your pocket. If they say apple, tell them that's a fruit dummy.
